The challenge consists of 8 exercises per set, starting with a manageable 40 reps and progressively increasing to an impressive 288 reps by day 15, totaling 1,464 squats. Looking to elevate the challenge? Feel free to add free weights or a resistance band around your thighs. If you find the challenge too intense, fret not!
